Clean great value hotel with a nice pool and a favourable location near Carolina beach, downtown Wilmington and the ghetto. Big size & cheap rooms with a microwave, bathroom and shower curtain.
Bad smell in the room.

The property offers good prices. It's a nice place to stay! The deluxe room overlooks garden and includes coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. It is well-appointed and a bathtub is provided.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered deluxe room. That hotel was in a comfortable and decent location, close to beach and shopping. And it was also next to the ghetto, the city center, and simply the best restaurant.

The hotel was fairly clean with brand-new rooms and very amiable staff. Booked a room for a microwave. The location was convenient, close to the beach. The venue was a fantastic base for enjoying a very very nice area. Excellent restaurant provided Thai dishes. We had a very good stay in a long time.

The pool that had a 9ft deep end was the best part of the hotel.
The room was very out of date, and that maintenance of the room was not the best, there was a window in the bath room which was a little creepy if you ask me.

The ceiling in Room 109 needs to be repaired. If the ceiling falls on a guest, you could have a law suit.

Very old facilities and furniture including the beds. No baby crib. Breakfast is really nonexistent.

when we checked out we left 2 bags even though we couldn't see because power went out when we called back they had found the bags and actually did put them in lost and found so we were able to recover our bags with no problem at all . If integrity was a rating it would be 5/5.
it needs a little updating but for the price just fine

Staff was very helpful.
Room had a break between carpet and tile that tripped us. Breakfast area too crowded.

I cannot believe how poorly this place was represented on your website the pictures were probably taken when the hotel was built. There were two band aids holding the smoke detector together in the first room that I was assigned. This pales in comparison to the black filth that was on the ac. Very disappointed with this establishment and will never grace it's lobby again. I suggest that any prospective travelers heeds warning.

I had a bed to sleep in.
The air conditioner did not work, the alarm clock did not work, and the hair dryer did not work. There was no channel guide for the tv and there were bugs in the bath tub. I will never go back.

There was one man that worked there that was so sweet.
The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing
